‒Structural clips as required for attaching walls to the foundation
‒Alternates available for exterior wall sheathing (OSB/plywood, Tyvek, or insulated foil-faced sheathing). This still allows for local building inspections of stud cavities.
Roof
‒Prefab trusses with engineered cold formed steel framing (or prefab roof panels for some flat & sloped styles)
‒Includes roof overhang rakes if needed for design
‒Structural clips for fastening roof trusses to the walls
Floor
‒Main level floor system is by others (slab on grade, etc.)
‒2nd level floor trusses for loft level and 2-story designs with cold formed steel framing

‒Free delivery throughout the Midwest, USA. Shipping coast to coast is typically under $1,500
‒Structural engineering of our system with normal 50 MPH wind speeds and 25 PSF snow loading.
-Extreme Weather designs are available for Seismic, Hurricane high winds, and heavier snow loading.
-If your local building department requires stamped engineered drawings, these can be done by your local Structural Engineer of Record using our engineering package.
